I used this wonderful WD TV media player for streaming all my HD media content to my HD TV, via my portable 500GB HDD - it played 99% of all formats. I have just upgraded to a full Home Theatre PC (HTPC), so I no longer need this little device. It was purchased about 16 months ago, and was only used over the weekends. It has the latest firmware loaded from the WD Website. It still looks brand new.
