A similar Batboat appeared in LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. Aquaman's design was also used in the game.
On the box, the word "arctic" was misspelled as "artic" in the title section. In the minifigure section where it lists Batman, however, it is spelled correctly. However, newer releases have it spelled right.
Batman and Mr. Freeze's variations, as well as Aquaman, are exclusive to this set.
