These are such a beautiful item to have as a pendant, decoration or for an expectant Mommy. The sterling silver outer cusp that is so dainty-fulled and handcrafted by a silver smith with each one having its own unique design, contains a chiming sphere which makes a gentle and calming chiming sound when worn or touched. This is fantastic for envoking calmness and tranquility in the wearer, even more so for expectant Mom, if she is relaxed then baby is relaxed
