A full - bodied of Cabernet Sauvignon and merlot. It is a wine with good maturation potential which can also be enjoyed now. Will complement especially red meat dishes.

This vintage is a rich red wine with a smokey interesting character. Compliments all meat and cheese dishes.

A Full-bidied wood-matured red wine. Grown , made and matured on DURBANVILLA Wine Estate , this blend can be enjoyed young , but will improve with futher maturation. Another great Wine!!

KWV CATHEDRAL CELLAR PINOTAGE 1994

3 BOTTELS of wine is medium to full-bodied with a deep red colour. The fruity nose, also evident in the soft rounded sweet plum flavours , is given firmness by a hint of oak .The wine is smooth on the palate and has a lingering aftertaste.

KWV CATHEDRAL CELLAR CABERNET SAUVIGNON 1995

This Bottel is of a light bodied wine , with a ruby red colour . It shows typical varietal characteristics with a berry-like nose , which , together with fruit , carries through to the palate. The soft green walnut flavour has blended well with subtle oak character , providing complexity and a lingering aftertaste.

ZINFANDEL 1994

This is a medium bodied , oak matured fruity , wine. This wine is at its best served stightly chilled and is ideal as an accompaniment to venison and other game dishes.
