WARRANTY
EltoroTrading warrants to the original end-user purchaser, when delivered in new condition in its original container, that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) months from the date of original purchase. Product returned to a EltoroTrading South Africa and proven to be defective upon inspection will, at EltoroTrading’s sole discretion and without charge, be (a) repaired utilizing new, remanufactured, repaired and/or recycled parts; (b) exchanged for a new Product or; (c) exchanged for a refurbished Product, as determined by the repair facility. Warranty exchange or replacement does not extend the original warranty period of the Product.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY ACCESSORIES.
We can also supply additional Mack World Wide warranties, ranging from extension of the standard warranty conditions by the manufacturer, to Diamond coverage which is more like an insurance policy, covering even impact damage, water damage etc.
TRANSFER OF RISK
EltoroTrading remains the owner of the item until it has been collected/delivered, and as such are responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is collected from the Post Office or delivered by a courier and you suspect that it is damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery and notify EltoroTrading. You will be refunded or a replacement unit in similar condition sent without delay.
