You are bidding on a Magnificent Silver Tea Pot. I cannot say whether this is solid silver due to a lack of knowledge but have had many EPS and other Silver Plated Items and this looks nothing like any of those as the pot has got a very rich natural shine and there is also the emblem/marking underneath it which should mean something to the serious collectors. The pot is also very large and the measurements are as follows: from the end of the handle to the tip of the spout it is 24,5 cm, the height of the pot is 19cm and the diameter of the base is 13,5cm.
