Note: return-to-base warranty is that you pay your shipping to send the faulty product back and we pay ours to send you a replacement) for manufacture fault unless otherwise stated in the auctions. 

 Faulty goods must be advised within 7 day of receipt, and faulty goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Please allow 3-7 days for normal counter to counter delivery 
Post will automatically send parcel to the post office closest to your address. Tracking number will be provided within 2 working days after payment is received. You can use this tracking number to go and collect your order from your local post once it arrives.

If choosing door delivery please provide a PHYSICAL ADDRESS NOT P.O. Box address. Choosing courier delivery and providing a P.O. Box address will automatically put your order on hold until a physical address is received. Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, on weekends and public holidays

Overnight deliveries are only possible if payment is received before 10h00. Item will be dispatched on the following working day if payment is received after 10h00

South African buyers only. We will not ship this item outside of South Africa so please do not bid if you do not reside in SA .
