	The crepe is a circular-shaped treat made from a batter consisting eggs, milk, salt or sugar, melted butter and flour. Once the batter has been mixed, leave it to stand for 45 minutes. USING THE CREPE MAKER: Switch the crepe maker on and lightly oil the top of the crepe maker with oil. Immerse the top of the crepe maker into the batter. Lift the maker up and allow excess batter to run off. Turn the crepe maker over and wait until the batter on the surface turns brown / golden. Using the spatula, remove the crepe. Serve with honey, syrup, cinnamon and sugar, or any other topping or filling you desire! The crepe thickness depends on the time you leave the crepe maker immersed in the batter - the longer the time, the thicker the crepe.
