Service start date, expiration and cancellation
- The countdown on your 30 day service period begins once the Sim card has been inserted and activated. This will happen regardless of whether you are able to use the product or not.
- This product service will expire after 30 days once activated.
Capability of Sim Card
- Sim card is only a data sim, it cannot make calls or receive calls.
- Sim card can work on all devices that has internet receivers and APN can be entered.
- User is able to browse any website, besides malicious sites and porn sites. Users can access all social media sites, upload pictures, viewing of videos.
- Users can download all emails attachments without limits.
- Sim card speed depends on the area that the user is in. If user is at an area with LTE speed, they will receive LTE and if they at an area with 3G they will get 3G. The same applies to areas with 2G network.
Restrictions on Sim Card
- Porn websites and malicious sites are blocked by the network. If a customer finds a site that’s blocked and it is not a malicious, porn or streaming site we will unblock it.
- Users are not able to download movies & music.
- You Tube is blocked.
