4.                  All Guarantees are subject that the purchaser returns all item/s in its original condition within 7 Days after Delivery

 

5.                  The Amount refunded as per guarantee on item/s purchased DOES NOT INCLUDE postage and/or shipping costs and you are responsible for the cost of packaging and then posting the item to me/us

 

6.                  I/We cannot be held liable for damaged or delayed item/s through 3^rd party postal and shipping services

 

7.                  If for whatever reason you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us. An additional amount of R80 is payable per item, before I/we repost the item/s to you. If you do not respond within 5 days to my/our communications and do not pay the additional cost to repost, I/We will resell the item/s to someone else

 

8.                  I/We reserve the right to close the auction anytime

 

9.                  I/We reserve our right to delete bids anytime if I/we think that you are not serious or if your current ratings on BOB are not good enough
