This item is in a GOOD, USED CONDITION- All parts appear to be present.  Graphic Design relief is clear and intact on both Brass Grip Scales ; Item is Second-hand and does display signs of general wear.  NOTE : Knife blades are still sharp and retain a cutting edge.

A Superb example of a GENUINE, 1960 Commemorative Pocket Knife - celebrating 50 years of the founding  of the Union of South Africa. The  beautifully engraved Brass grip scales depict every Prime Minister of South Africa from 1910 - 1958 , on both sides of the knife frame. Produced by renown manufacturer Solingen of Germany - the two Blades are still exceptionally sharp , having come slightly loose due to usage.

General Louis Botha (1910-1919)

General Jan Smuts (1919-1924 , 1939-1948)

J.B.M Hertzog (1924-1939)

Dr. D.F. Malan (1948-1954)

J.G. Strijdom (1954-1958)
