wine,fortified with potstill brandy,and,although completely without bubbles is still presented

in a Methode  Classique bottle, with cork and wire,Today, this glorious aperitif, once

used only to toast the ratification of Treaties, is served to elevate any function, from the most

formal, to the most intimate.

As an appetizer, it's an alluring way to start any evening, and it creates a seductive contrast

to pates and exotic desserts. But the real joy lies in discovering Ratafia's many pleasures yourself!!
