Item been in retail storage for too long, battery cells probably dead (18650 3.6v), inserted charger and electronics come on, No signs of pc board damages or burns, as mention when charger connect, the units activate, light up, moves about an inch and stops, batteries arent charging, all actual images, never been used as you can see from foot pads - sold as mentioned for buyer to repair/restore.
