The coin and banknote design on the reverse of the R5 coin depicted the history of the Bank and how South Africas currency mirrored the changing economic and political developments. A Sterling-silver collectors coin was also issued with a gold plated centre to mirror the design of the commemorative R5. Set sold to us opened.
