It's a fully self-catered TWO (2) bedroomed apartment with a DOUBLE BED in the main bedroom, 2 SINGLE beds in the 2nd room AND 4 single sleeper couches in the living room. Right on the BEACHFRONT.
FINE PRINT: a refundable R500 breakage deposit is payable.
THIS IS AN OCEAN FACING APARTMENT.
These units are on floors 2, 6 and 8. Winner chooses. Please email me with your choice of floor within 24 hours of winning the auction else a unit will be allocated by me as I need to relist.
