Up for grabs are 220 QVC timeshare annual points, management fees up to date. Each point you buy also comes with an available point, so if you take 100 points, you will get 100 points now that can be used and 100 points every year in January going forward.
If all 220 points goes to one bidder, then I will also throw in an additional 293 unspent points, so you would get 513 points plus the 220 annual points going forward.
Please note, because some people clearly don't, the following:
1) This is timeshare - it is an asset that you own. Points usually cost R1150 per point at QVC, so 220 points is worth R253,000. Now is your chance to get into this, for probably a lot less than that
2) There are levies to be paid. They depend on the number of points you buy and the number of points you already own. I can't say how much this will cost every month, but if you phone QVC up and tell them how many points you have and how many you are wanting to buy, they will tell you what the fee will be.
3) In order for the points to move over to you, there is some paperwork. I have the documents and will send them to you, you will need to complete them and we get them through to QVC for the points to be transferred
What can one get with these points? With 220 points, we had 3 week long holidays in various parts of the country during school holidays, and had plenty of points to spare. With this many points, you can book holidays for friends and family and earn a fair amount more than the levies are in just selling them.
The buyer will be liable for QVC transfer fees (quoted by them at the time of transaction, most recent amount I got from them was just under R1600).
Please, if you do not know what timeshare is, then don't bid. If you can't afford to pay levies, then don't bid.
Note: Payment due within 48 hours.
