It seems that the telephone number given is not correct. We live approx 90km away and Secunda code starts with 017 and Secunda 638 followed by number. The postal code also seems incorrect. No payments will be made only C.O.D. due to this fact. THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING. The client is working out of town and the number given was a Cell no. which we could not get through to. The problem is resolved and thank all for your help with this regard.
