The piece is in an GOOD, USED CONDITION- Blade is present and includes characteristic sawback teeth. Bayonet remains in a Good State and has been utilised. Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Sawback grooved teeth are complete and remain sharp. Maker's marks present.

An EXCELLENT example of a World War I ,  1913 production Kaiserliche Schütztruppe Dawback Bayonet w/ Steel Scabbard.  This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed sawback grooved teeth on Blade spine. All date and manufacturers marks present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Blade remains sharp - handle with care. 

This piece would have been utilised by German Colonial Troops in the African Colonies , during the First World War.
