An EXCELLENT example of a , RARE , 1920s South African Police  , Type II 'Poliesie' Brass Belt Buckle. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. No leather.

The Type II variant , featured a legend in Afrikaans/ English-  note with the spelling of 'Poliesie' instead of 'Polisie' in the final iteration.
