An EXCELLENT example of a RARE , 1936 Italian Africa Orientale Medal w/ Ribbon Devices for Combat & Valour. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Ribbon is intact and devices are secure.
The Africa Orientale Medal was issued for the 1936 Ethiopian Campaign by Fascist Forces. The Star Device was awarded for Valour and the Gladius Device with Motto "FERT" of the Italian Royal House was awarded for Combat Distinction.
