A very rare find!

Condition

Rubbing to all corners, soiling to both covers, binding poor, will need repairs. The foot of the spine has damage (See pic's) Some tape repairs inside front cover. There is edge-wear, spotting & insect damage from fepp to content page. Mild spotting throughout, but all plates still in good condition, and is followed by blank pages. 

A fair copy considering how rare it is.
