An EXCELLENT example of RARE World War 2,  1940s Atlantic Star Campaign Medal w/ Silk Ribbon. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Surface Toning may be visible- residue from Ex-Mount at rear. Watered Silk Ribbon is complete & in good order. Award is UNNAMED ( British Issue Wartime Economy). 

The Atlantic Star Campaign Medal is amongst the rarest of the British/ Commonwealth Awards issued during the Conflict. This Medal was largely only issued to Royal Navy & Royal Air Force personnel who had participated in Operational activities in the Atlantic Theatre.
