Appropriate Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Ceramic vessel is complete and structural integrity is good. Stopper & mechanism are present & functional. Rubber seal is evident, yet hardened to some degree. Glazed surface finish will display a certain degree of crazing - yet is intact. Item is Second-Hand.

An EXCELLENT example of a RARE , 1995 Rugby World Cup  'Ruggles' Ceramic Brandy Decanter w/ Stopper. This piece appears to be in a VF+  state of preservation , with detailed 'Ruggles' The Giraffe Mascot Graphic  Relief on  obverse - and International Rugby Union Decal on the reverse. All insignia present. Appropriate Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Ceramic vessel is intact , with good structural integrity. Stopper and mechanism are in functional order. Glazed surface finish will display a mild degree of crazing , due to general age and applied kiln preparation methods. NOTE: Rubber Stopper seal has stiffened to a degree , due to age and environmental exposure. 

This piece would have been made available for purchase, by Rugby fans - in order to effectively store Brandy & other Spirits for convenient consumption.
