This piece is in a GOOD, USED CONDITION- All parts appear to be present and rubber is in good order. Waders remain in a well-preserved State and shoulder straps are functional. Original manufacturer labels are evident.

An EXCELLENT example of a Rhodesian Bush War, 1970s Private Purchase Troopie Rubber Waders. This piece appears to be in a UNUSED state , with rubber intact & all associated straps. The original issue labels are present on Wader  lining. Minimal Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. This piece was obtained from within a Webbing bag, amongst a Lot of Rhodesian militaria.

The use of private purchase items was widespread amongst members of the Rhodesian Security Forces. A pair of Waders would have proved essential when fording rivers & streams in the Zambezi Valley region.
