This piece remains in a GOOD, USED CONDITION- Plastic Fittings appear to be in superb shape and display minimal signs of usage. Canteen Aluminium body retains a  smooth surface appearance. Lid and Drinking Cup are in good order.  Webbing Pouch remains in good order & both Press Studs are functional.  ** ITEM IS SECOND-HAND AND WILL DISPLAY VISIBLE SIGNS OF HANDLING .**

An EXCELLENT example of a Pattern 64 Green Waterbottle/ Canteen with Green Webbing Pouch as used by Rhodesian Security Forces (Army & BSAP) during the Rhodesian Bush War (1964-1979). This piece has been well preserved and appears to have been subject to minimal usage during it's lifetime. The Pattern 64 Canteen with integral Drinking Cup was supplied by South African manufacturers ; in order to assist the Rhodesian War Effort. All Necessary Markings are present and visible on the Canteen Cup underside. The Webbing Carry Pouch appears to be in a well preserved state - displaying minimal Surface wear.

The ideal addition to any 1960s/ 1970s Rhodesian Bush War Militaria collection or display- for the enthusiast seeking a period piece for their assortment.
