This item is in a GOOD, USED CONDITION- All parts appear to be present & functional. Webbing material is in superb shape and all press studs are in full working order.

An EXCELLENT example of an ORIGINAL 1970s Rhodesian Bush War  Water Bottle & Canteen Cup in Green Webbing Pouch , as utilized by both Army and B.S.A.P ( British South Africa Police) personnel during Field Operations.

It is evident , that this particular item has been "sterilised" - with the User Instructions usually moulded around the bottle neck , having been removed through heat application. The Aluminium Body and plastic fittings (including the Lid)  are in good order , despite general usage - retaining the Surname of the previous owner , to whom it was issued. The Green Canvas Webbing Pouch shows minimal wear , and retains the distinctive "French Pattern"  Press Studs - commonly used with most Rhodesian produced webbing items. 

An ideal addition to any Rhodesian Bush War era Militaria collection or display - for the enthusiast seeking a genuine & well preserved period piece for their private assortment.
