Hugh Brandon-Cox was a British visual artist who was born in 1917. Many works by the artist have been sold at auction. Artist, writer, explorer, seeking adventure in the world’s wildest places Hugh Brandon-Cox had the ability to put onto paper the love and passion he felt for the wild, cold wonderful places he explored. It was while living at Kenning Hall that Hugh began to concentrate on his paintings, mostly in watercolour and typically, landscapes of timeless Norfolk, but also of the bird life of East Anglia and Norway.
