This wonderful set of 6x rare antique Italian made "Alpak" silver plated (on copper) Roman themed figural teaspoons were made by Montagnani and look to date to between 1890 and 1930. Each of the spoons has an ornate Roman Legion military Standard figural emblem on the end of it with ornate detailing down to the bowl. There were apparently 24 different figural emblems used. The spoons range in length between 11.9cm and 13.2cm long. The spoons have some age related wear and tear and tarnish, but it would be money well spent having them re-plated. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this set of six antique Italian teaspoons and to confirm the condition.
