A lovely vintage bakelite Penn fishing reel No 85 dating from the 1950s. The sides are marked with the name Penn and one side, within a circle, is stamped with "Penn No.85 Made USA Patd". The reel still has line. This is a vintage item that has been exposed to the elements so bears the marks of time and use. The reel has some minor marks to the bakelite but no chips or cracks. The plating shows signs of wear as you'd expect from a vintage item of this age and nature.
