This very pretty vintage Royal Albert bone china "Cottage Garden" pattern trio is in absolutely superb condition. The trio includes the cup, saucer and cake plate. The Cottage Garden series was manufactured between c1960 and the early 1990's and the pattern is a posy of red, pink and white roses set on crisp white porcelain and finished with a scalloped gold edge. The trio is in the Royal Albert "Montrose" shape. The back-stamp confirms that the trio was made between 1960 and the mid 1970's. The trio measures as follows: The cup is 11cm long x 8.8cm wide x 7.5cm high, the saucer is 14cm across and the cake plate is 16cm wide. There are absolutely no chips or cracks in any of the pieces and the gold gilding is still amazing. If you are a collector, don't miss out on this fabulous Royal Albert porcelain trio.
