This rare antique (WWI) ornate German made brass plated pewter figural spoon with a traditional Dutch pub scene is engraved "Holland" and "Volendam" and measures a decent 22cm across x 6cm wide. The decal on the handle is two stork birds and has the "Angel " makers touch stamp on the back. The spoon is also referred to as the "Battle of Texel" spoon. The one beak of the bird has broken off. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this incredible antique spoon and to confirm the condition.
