Bold green polka dot wrap-over pants short dress (the skirt part is not open but pants).

Can be worn as a long top simply with jeans, or with tights as a short dress with a more elegant look.

Very good quality material, fully lined, light and wispy.

New with tag.

NOTE: There are only one or two of these boutique collection items, making them most likely to be the only ones in the country. Once they're gone, they're gone.
