Light up the night sky - creates a spectacular view.

Altenative to fireworks.

Attach the firelighter to the frame in the middle.

Hold the skylantern at the top (1-2 people), while someone else lights the firelighter.

Wait until the lantern fills up with air, it will start to tug upwards when ready to be released.

Let go, and make a wish as you watch it float upwards into the distance.

Providing that you follow a few straightforward rules you will have enormous fun with them:

They should not be released in more than 5 mph of wind - if the wind is too strong the hot air can be blown out of the sky lantern causing the lantern to fall rather than rise in the sky.
For the very best effect you should launch your lantern when the air is still, dry and dark outside.
They should not be released near a main road , trees, buildings, or within 2 miles of an operational air strip.
Be patient, do not attempt to throw the skylantern up into the air, wait until you can feel it tugging away from your hands, allow more time if unsure.
As the product produces a naked flame, sky lanterns should not be released by children (or people that have had too much to drink!)

Sky lanterns are also known as wish lanterns, chinese lanterns, wedding lanterns, sky balloons, ufo balloons, khom loi, khom foi, sky candle, flying lanterns, heavenly lanterns.
