STUNNING 'SNOWFLAKE' DIAMOND CLUSTER 9CT YELLOW AND WHITE GOLD RING

This pretty vintage piece is crafted in both 9 ct yellow and white gold; the tiered cluster design ring head bearing 9 x single-cut diamonds in a white gold extended claw setting. The white gold adds to the sparkle of the diamonds. The 'snowflake' shape of the ring is accentuated by the star-like points on the bottom tier. The ring head measures 11mm long x 15mm wide x 7mm high, sitting on a slender 9ct yellow gold shank that forks horizontally to support the ring head; a tiny diamond inset on either side of the shank. Openwork below the gemstones allows light through the gemstones to maximise sparkle. The pedigree of the 2,5 gram piece is evident in its many hallmarks: the jeweller's signature, the Sheffield Assay mark, and '375' for 9ct gold. The ring comes with an Independent Jeweller Authentication and Valuation Certificate of R12,800.
