This piece remains in a GOOD, USED CONDITION- Precious Coral Stone has been shaped &  inlaid securely . Brass vessel remains  in a Good State and retains a complete graphic design relief throughout. Gemstone has been polished to a smooth surface.Minimal signs of Wear evident due to handling.

An EXCELLENT example of a STUNNING , Early 20th Century Cast Brass Snuff Bottle with Precious Coral Gemstone inlay. The stone appears to be in a good  state , having been faceted for inlay purposes. The Snuff Bottle appears to be complete with Cap & Spoon , characterised with a geometric Relief & embellished with twin Deities (Foo Dogs).Minor Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface.

The Precious Coral Gemstone inlay is derived from the Calcium Carbonate deposits of marine Coral species. This piece has been decorated with both the Red/Burnished Orange & White varieties.
