2008 MANDELA BIRTHDAY R5 - STRAIGHT FROM THE MINT
Mandela coins were sold at Coin World in a slip and placed into a sealable bag. These were specially selected by certain well placed people, and encapsulated using the Oom paul capsules. Definately would be the pick of the bunch. Candidate for high grade I think. Please judge grade for yourselves from photos.
