History
60009 Union of South Africa is an LNER Class A4 steam locomotive built in Doncaster in 1937.
Originally named Osprey, it is one of six surviving Gresley A4s and is has gone an extensive overhaul.
It currently can be seen racing through the British countryside on Steam events and is a firm favourite with Spectators in the UK.
