You are bidding on a ****VERY RARE VICTORIAN HUNTLEY & PALMERS ?? C.C.B TREASURE BOX SEWING TIN.

I believe the tin may date between late1800’s to early 1900’s. This is an Original CCB Treasure Box sewing accessories tin.
On the back edge of the lid it reads "H.B.&S.Ltd.R" and stands for Huntley Boorne and Stevens, Reading England.
This is the tin making factory of Huntley and Palmers opened in 1832 by Joseph Huntley junior.

The tin measure 212mm x 122mm x 72mm high. The tin has an inner tray which was for sewing sundries, all depicted on the lid.
The sides of the tin are decorated with sewing related cartoons.
The tin is in generally good condition. Please see photo's for condition. I will try answer any questions you may have in regards to this item. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
