An EXCELLENT example of World War 2 , 1940s King's  Royal  Rifle  Corps, RSM/WO 2 Regimental Lanyard w/ Clasp.  This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Material Woven braid appears intact and complete in form. Colours appear vibrant, slight fading due to age. Retention Clasp is functional. 

This piece would have been worn by the RSM / Warrant Officer Class 2 with the Regimental Service Dress Uniform attire - as an indication of Rank Seniority.
