Tyrannosaurus Rex was the most dangerous and bloodthirsty predator of all time. It reached a length of 15 meters and had a weight of approx. 8 tons. It belongs to the genus of Theropods and lived in the Cretaceous period between 136 and 65 million years ago. Tyrannosaurus Rex was the last carnivorous dinosaur, because all dinosaurs died out towards the end of the Cretaceous period. With his powerful powerful hind legs he could make steps of up to 4 meters in length, but he could not have been very fast. As the anterior limbs had been a hindrance in upright movements, they grew stunted in the course of the development into small arms. His main assault weapons were the toothless giant muzzle and his clawed hind legs. Of all the dinosaurs, only the Triceratops were able to defend themselves against this robber.
