Refunds will only take place if an item is not delivered, proven to be stolen or damaged. Items must be returned within 5-7 days of receipt excluding weekends/ public holidays. If a refund is agreed upon for an item that you are not % 100 percent happy due to proven misrepresentation a 10% re-stocking fee will be applicable on all items unfortunately; no EXCEPTIONS. Lastly please note we only refund the costs per item minus the 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE. We reserve the right to delete bids e.g. past non payers.
