The current amplitudes of the feed ends of the four spiral arms are equal, and the phases are sequentially different by 90?ﾣ. It has a cardioid pattern, a good front-to-rear ratio and excellent wide-beam circular polarization characteristics. It is very suitable for use as a receiving antenna for a satellite positioning system.
