This cable has the same features as Thunderbolt 4 and Thunderbolt 5 USB C Cables, please see technical details of USB C Cables as at https://www.hdcabling.co.za/usb-1-1-vs-usb-2-0-vs-usb-3-0-vs-usb-3-1-vs-usb-3-2-vs-usb-4-0-usb-type-c-3-1-3-2-gen1-gen2-thunderbolt-3-vs-thunderbolt-4-specifications/
Difference between Thunderbolt 4 and USB 4
The details of Thunderbolt 4 are proprietary, but according to Intel's public statements the only real difference between the two standards is that the top speed of 40 Gbit/s is mandatory for Thunderbolt, whereas it is optional for USB4. Otherwise, all features are the same.
Features:
NOTE!!! 240W USB C Cables carries higher wattage by using increased voltage which is determined by a Smart PD Charger when autosensing to 40V/48V if the device being charged supports/requests that voltage while staying within the cable 6 Amp current limit. This Cable has a 6A Limit and will melt if higher amps is used on the cable!!! It can ONLY achieve 240W on 40v/48v ranges. Power Calculation: 48V * 5A = 240W Max or 40V * 6A = 240W.
