A stun gun is a self defence device which disrupts the message the brain sends to the voluntary muscles. How does the stun gun work?
Simple by touching a intruder for 1 to 2 seconds of discharge, will startle the subject rendering pain, muscle spasm confusion and shock. 2 to 3 seconds will cause muscle spasms and dazed mental state. 3 to 5 seconds will cause disorientation and loss of balance and muscle control. The longer you hold the stun gun to the subject, the more debilitated he will become. Please remember you only need 1 to 2 seconds. This baton comes with side strips to help shock the attacker should he try to grab the baton from you.
Who should carry a stun gun?
Every body that is over the age of eighteen or is mature enough to use the stun gun in a case of emergency. In fact every house hold should have a stun gun on or near them at all times. Stun guns are very intimidating. Just test firing the stun gun in mid air is 99% enough to stop an attacker getting closer to you.
What else is there to the stun gun?
The stun gun is rechargeable. You only need to recharge every two to three months depending on usage. The stun gun also has a built in led flashlight which provides a convened source of light. When buying a stun gun, always consider the voltage. 1 MILLION volts is all that you need.
