The Engelhard Prospector Big "E" was only minted in 1982, 1983 and a few in 1984.
In 1984 and all subsequent years, the "E" was replaced with an eagle on the reverse.
Although all Big "E's" are highly sought after, the 1983 is the rarest of them all. It
is one of very few bullion rounds where the ½ oz is worth even more that the 1 oz.

Important Notice!

The Rand has weakened considerably against the US Dollar in the last few weeks. Because bullion
