Network connectivity is provided via 10 Gigabit Ethernet and 2.5Gbps redundant OC48 and OC192 fiber-optic connections.
Facility Failsafe Power Supply:
Facility is powered and backed-up by multiple 160 and 275KVA Uninterruptible Power Supplies, during a rare power event, multiple 250 and 580 KW generators start automatically and supply the facility for around 48 hour without requiring additional fuel.
Facility Environment:
Redundant 30 ton air conditioning provides for 24 hour facility cooling.
Facility Security:
Facility access is restricted to staff members and escorted visitors, qualified security personnel monitor the facility 24/7 and digital video surveillance systems maintain on-site and off-site recordings of all security footage at the facility.
VPS Backups:
Backup services are automatically provided for virtual private servers.
Monitoring 24/7/365:
All server hardware, network routers/switches/connectivity, power systems (Utility Power/UPS/Generator) within the facility are monitored around the clock to ensure they are functioning as intended. With redundant systems for everything within the facility, potential or current problems can be repaired with no downtime to the network.
AUP/Terms of Service: By purchase you agree to use the VPS for legal purposes only, including no SPAM. Provisioning of the VPS will be requested on payment, it may take a day or two depending on the load at the facility, this will however ensure your VPS is yours for a full year.
