This little South African Plant is a leafy succulent, indigenous to South Africa. They are closely related to Titanopsis. Each head has triangular rough blue- to grey leaves. Like all Mesembs they get daisy like flowers in winter and flower colors vary from species to species. The plant clusters out to form clumps. All have a large tuberous root system which can be raised for effect, in fact they'll grow more profusely when raised. It must be placed in a sunny position to flower. The flowers are produced continuously throughout the winter months.
