Crassula mollis is a South African endemic species from the Eastern Cape and Western Cape Provinces where it can be found growing from Riversdale to the Eastern Cape and Eastern Karoo. It is synonymously known as Crassula margaritifera, Crassula subincana, Globulea mollis, Globulea subincana, Globulea subincana var. decumbens, Globulea subincana var. erecta and Sphaeritis margaritifera. Crassula mollis grows to 50 cm tall. It forms a branched shrublet and does well in pots and the garden. It has very hairy narrow greyish leaves and bears small cream flowers.
