It is synonymously known as Crassula rubescens, Crassula rubescens var. intermedia, Crassula rubescens var. laxa and Crassula sessilifolia. Crassula natalensis is a striking species. Its flowers stems reach 20 cm tall. These arise from attractive basal rosettes.
