10 Meter Grade 1 Titanium Wire 24AWG (0.50mm) Resistance heating wire and resistance wire - Rebuild

Titanium wire is used on Rebuildable coils for an improved taste compared to Kanthal wire. The wire also heats almost instantly. Please note that you need a temperature controlled mod to use Titanium wire. If your mod is not Temperature controlled please use Kanthal A1 wire which we stock as at Kanthal 24AWG, Kanthal 26AWG, Kanthal 28AWG. It is used in various equipment and also in Rebuildable Ecigarette Coils used by some SubOhm tanks / Atomizers as at Kanger Subtank Mini / Kanger Subtank Plus V2. The alloy is characterized by high resistivity and very good oxidation resistance.

24 Gauge Titanium wire is around 2.55 ohms per meter, around 0.1 ohm to 0.4ohms on coils depending on wire length used and coil diameter. The resistance is dynamic and Ti wire climbs (or falls) in resistance according to temperature, for example if you build to 0.4 ohm, and apply 30 watts of power...0.4mm Ti wire will climb to approx. 0.5 ohm in a 1-2 second "drag

It is commonly used to rebuild the RBA Deck as at Kanger Subtank Mini RBA Deck and Rebuilding coils can be assisted by using the RDA / RBA Deck Toolkit.

When Titanium Wire is replaced on a RBA Deck you also need to replace the Organic Cotton that can be found here.
